Tokugawa Art Museum and Gardens

Today we went to Tokugawa Art Museum with Dani and Cara. Unfortunately no photos from inside the museum but we saw a lot of great art from the Tokugawa period, such as images from the Tale of Ghenji. We also saw some amazing samurai armor and weapons, traditional kabuki costumes and old writing and tea ceremony implements.

I did however get some photos of the beautiful gardens! And after the last two freezing months the weather is starting to warm up, yay!

How beautiful! What an amazing place. I love how so many of the zoo animals are older, they deserve a nice place to live out their twilight years too.

And that little basil plant, omg! What a fantastic idea.
